Our client, a popular fashion brand in NYC, is looking for a Raw Materials Specialist to support their team on contract basis! This a contract role set to run until late June 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of raw material creation and updates in Centric PLM.
- Lead development of fabric, trim, and garment marketing materials.
- Initiate and track proto yardage in Centric PLM.
- Create and maintain visual tools in PowerPoint and InDesign.
- Follow up on new Raw Materials developments with mills and vendors.
- Present information in meetings with cross functional partners.
- Work cross functionally with production, marketing, and design teams.
- Track readiness and quality approval in PLM system.
- Assist the Raw Materials/ Production team in organization of Raw Material Library.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in fabric and raw materials
- Strong Excel and Centric PLM skills
- BS/BA/BFA degree
- Strong collaborative, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced, multi-channel environment
