Job Type Full-timeDescriptionMAJOR FUNCTION:Proactively support financial advisors and assist with efficient and high-quality client service. Coordinate and perform a range of support and operational responsibilities.RESPONSIBILITES:
Assist financial advisors with client service, ad hoc requests and marketing effortsPrepare reports by performing basic information gathering and analysis as directedManage Branch Touchpoints system to ensure timely customer contacts and reviewsComplete workflow tasks for client review meetingsReview available RJFS marketing materials and initiate creative opportunities for client correspondenceStay up to date and trained on latest available technology available from RJHandle incoming client service requests in a friendly and timely mannerCross train on other operational functions and perform back-up in these areas as neededCoordinate meetings, events, and appointmentsAssist in planning and coordinating various client eventsDocument all client activity and notes for proper relationship management using CRMAttend various training sessions as necessary Staff is required to be flexible with their weekly hours due to workflow and other unique situations that may ariseComplete all initial and annual training requirements as outlined by ASBT and RJFSInteract daily on the phone, in person and electronically with prospective and existing clientelePerform all other duties as required, consistent with the goals, objectives and responsibilities of the department RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience in financial, accounting or marketing industriesWorking knowledge of investment concepts, practices and procedures used in the securities industry preferredAbility to conduct relationships with co-workers, customers, the community and overall public in a manner which will enhance the bank's image and comprehensive marketing effortStrong initiative, willingness to learn, hardworking and positive attitudeStrong ability to work independentlyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environmentAttention to detail, organization, and time managementAbility to closely monitor details and ensure that reports, correspondence and databases are accurateDesire to be a part of a continuous learning environment, incorporating feedback and adapting to changesBuilding meaningful connections and long-lasting relationships with clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office SuitePHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
