Summary of Job Duties:
RazorTemps is our on campus Temporary Staffing team at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville. Our team works in central HR, and we place both students and non-students into temporary positions on the Fayetteville campus.
RazorTemps temporary staffing covers a vast range of positions depending on university need, and the job duties vary. Specific job duties are made available to RazorTemp candidates once a position opens. Possibilities of assignments range from high- level clerical positions to entry-level custodial positions. RazorTemps may also be used to fill staffing needs for special events.Our jobs range from one day events to months-long or even school year-long positions. Our openings are dependent on the need of the University.
The way our program works is:
1. You apply to our general pool of applicants (this specific posting you are viewing currently)
2. When a new opportunity comes up through RazorTemps, we send you an email with the specifics of that job;
3. If you are interested in that specific job, click the link in that email and fill out our Google Form to tell us you are interested- making sure you can work the hours needed, etc.;
4. We then review all applicants and place people based on department needs and skill set of the applicants.
