Working in the home environment allows RBTs to build stronger relationships, tailor interventions to everyday routines, and support children in developing the skills they need to thrive. Serving as the eyes and ears of the BCBA, RBTs carry out individualized treatment plans while providing essential feedback to enhance outcomes.
