We're looking for the best Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work in homes and in the community surrounding Lowell. Think you've got the heart it takes to leave a lasting impact on our learners as an RBT changing lives one smile at a time? We'd love to meet you!

What you'll need to be successful:

  • RBT Credential with an active or inactive status through the BACB (at this time, we are unable to assist with obtaining or reinstating expired credentials)

  • Reliable transportation to homes within the greater Lowell area with late afternoon/early evening availability

  • Willingness to undergo a background and reference check prior to working with our learners

  • Passion for doing ABA right by acting with intention and empathy in every interaction with learners, caregivers, and supervision team
