- Serve as a liaison between operations, data analytics and reporting.
- Communicate and present data-driven insights and recommendations to key business stakeholders, soliciting and incorporating feedback when required.
- Use and develop reports using visualization tools (e.g. Excel and PowerBI) to contextualize information in a manner suitable for executive audiences.
- Work with internal teams and other team members to understand and define reporting requirements.
- Interpret and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Research new reporting methods, processes, and tools
- Provide guidance and insight on data visualization and reporting best practices.
