Job DescriptionDescription The REACH Coordinator, works with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families/care givers, and support providers, and community partners to strengthen treatment/support efficiencies and service outcomes. The REACH Coordinator serves as a vital community education resource to the community and coordinates admission into REACH services. Starting Salary: $48,931-Depending on Experience**$2,500 Sign on Bonus**Education/Experience Required:
- Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's degree in a human services related field
- Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health
- OR a bachelor's degree and five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses is required.
- QMHP A and/or C required.
