Job Summary:

The Reactor Operations Supervisor will provide direct oversight of Constellation's Nuclear Power Generating Station operations, including directing Reactor Operators and Equipment Operators in field operations and procedure use.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Authorize maintenance and testing activities
  • Implement Emergency Operating procedures
  • Evaluate and respond to issues and requests
  • Oversee special projects

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Plant Operator Selection System (POSS) and Basic Math and Science Test (BMST) pre-employment tests
  • Must successfully complete a FLS Leadership Assessment
  • 1 year Reactor Operator license at a comparable facility or 1.5 years at a noncomparable facility
  • Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent in engineering, engineering technology or physical sciences, or professional engineer license, and more than 1.5 years as a qualified non-licensed operator
