Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition.Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed.Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close.Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract.Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads.Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties.Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market.Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively.Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.Qualifications:
4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired.1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred.Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments.Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented.Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude.Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs.Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment.Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions.Detail-oriented and quality-focused.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).Compensation:
$62,000 - $74,400 yearly
