  • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition.
  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed.
  • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close.
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward.
  • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract.
  • Perform a high volume of daily outbound calls to convert leads.
  • Drive Houston neighborhoods and identify potential properties.
  • Qualify properties based on condition, size, and current Real Estate market.
  • Work closely with upper management regarding deals, and communicate properties effectively.
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  • Qualifications:
  • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired.
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred.
  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments.
  • Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented.
  • Team player with a positive, upbeat, energetic can-do attitude.
  • Strong written and oral communication (Fluent Spanish speaker a plus), must be able to connect with others and understand client needs.
  • Excellent organization, punctuality, and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced energetic environment.
  • Represent full competence and knowledge of the current Real Estate market, with the ability to adapt to ever-changing market conditions.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Compensation:

    $62,000 - $74,400 yearly
