Job Summary:
The Real Estate Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for real estate clients, brokers, and internal teams within a commercial real estate firm. This role is crucial for ensuring seamless communication, managing client relationships, and supporting the brokerage and leasing teams. Ideal Work Background Profiles would be Brokerage Assistants, Property Admin, Transaction Coordinator, Marketing Coordinators, or Admin Assistants in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Brokerage and Leasing Team Support:
- Partner with the brokerage and leasing teams to ensure smooth operations of leasing activities and property transactions.
- Assist brokers with lease negotiations, documentation, and coordination of tenant communications.
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing client databases, and organizing meetings.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of lease agreements, amendments, and other legal documentation.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., RPA, CPM) or training in commercial real estate is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a client service, administrative, or support role within commercial real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM/lease management systems (e.g., Yardi, Salesforce, etc.).
