Responsibilities: • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Ensure a smooth transaction between buyers and sellers • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Must have a Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
