Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Development, Investments, Real Estate Transactions team based in Atlanta. The successful candidate will work in areas of commercial real estate, development, investment, financing, and leasing, representing a variety of clients including national retailers, restaurant operating companies, private equity and institutional investors. The role involves collaboration with colleagues across the firm's national real estate platform.

They should be knowledgeable in representing high-end resorts, luxury boutique hotels, mixed-use projects, retail tenants, and have negotiated a variety of complex joint ventures and property acquisitions. Excellent academic credentials, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and detail-orientation are required. Legal project management experience and membership in good standing of the Georgia Bar or willingness to seek admission to the Georgia Bar is also necessary.
