Established Manhattan law firm with 50+ attorneys and a commercial real estate focus is seeking an experienced real estate attorney for their Administrative Law practice. The right candidate has 3+ years of Landlord-Tenant experience with knowledge of rent regulation and affordable housing rules. Prior litigation work in this field is preferred.
