We are looking for candidates with:

• 1 to 4 years of legal experience
• Strong work ethic and excellent academic credentials
• Eager to grow and learn with the firm
• Maturity and effective communication skills
• Interest in real estate or real estate finance

💼 Compensation: $215,000 - $275,000

📜 Requirements: Must be licensed and in good standing in Virginia.
