Stealth Communications is seeking multiple experienced and highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our team in Honolulu, to support our real estate operations in connection with our employees relocating to Stealth's Honolulu HQ.
This position requires a legal professional with substantial experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and joint ventures. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a deep understanding of legal aspects surrounding real estate law. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel on high-value transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
This position requires security clearance and is based onsite in Honolulu, HI.
Qualifications:
- Required: An active, transferable TS/SCI CI Poly U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to commencement.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the Hawaii State Bar (required), or the ability to become licensed in Hawaii.
- Minimum of 10-13 years of substantial experience in residential and commercial real estate law, with a strong focus on acquisitions, sales, financings, leasing, and joint venture agreements.
- Experience with real estate financing, including complex loan documentation, securitizations, and mortgage financing.
- Expertise in reviewing and negotiating leases, purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, and operating agreements.
- Strong understanding of real estate law and regulatory matters, including zoning, land use, and property development regulations.
- Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex legal matters independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple transactions simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with both commercial and residential properties.
- Strong focus on customer service, ensuring client needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
- Operate with the highest level of professionalism and adherence to legal and industry guidelines, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Handle and manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, financing, leasing, and joint venture agreements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, operating agreements, and related documents to ensure accuracy and protection of client interests.
- Provide legal advice and support on the structure of real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with state and federal real estate laws and regulations.
- Advise management and employees on real estate development, land use, zoning, and related regulatory matters.
- Represent internal clients in real estate disputes, mediations, and, if necessary, litigation.
- Ensure timely review of title and survey matters and coordinate with title companies, lenders, and third-party stakeholders as needed.
- Assist in the due diligence process by reviewing property agreements, environmental reports, leases, and other key documents.
- Manage and close high-value transactions efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the brokerage and real estate management departments, to ensure legal alignment and operational success.

Salary starting at $250,000 + Sign-On Bonus of $250,000.
