Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities
- Transaction Management: Assist with complex real estate transactions, including financing, acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of commercial real estate assets across Texas and nationally.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Engage in a variety of real estate matters, gaining experience in areas such as development, investment, and finance.
- Teamwork & Support: Collaborate closely with senior attorneys in a team-oriented practice to deliver high-quality legal solutions to clients.
Real Estate Attorney Requirements
- JD from a top 100 law school with a strong academic record.
- Active member of the State Bar of Texas.
- 3 years of experience in real estate transactions, particularly involving commercial real estate financing, acquisitions, development, and leasing.
- Strong legal drafting and writing abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proven capability to perform in a fast-paced, sophisticated law firm environment.
- Experience in an AmLaw 200 firm is strongly preferred.
