Job DetailsThe successful candidate will be part of our thriving Real Estate Practice Group, working on complex commercial real estate transactions and projects.
  • Handle sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing
  • Draft and negotiate various real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan documents
  • Conduct due diligence for real estate transactions
  • Assist in real estate development projects and land use matters
  • Collaborate with partners and other associates on complex real estate matters
  • Provide counsel to clients on various real estate-related issues
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Conscientious and detail-oriented approach to work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
