Overview
We are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker to join our Midwest Real Estate team! As our Real Estate Broker at MRE, you will be responsible for overseeing real estate transactions and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in tenant representation and possess extensive knowledge of the real estate market.

You will work directly with our Sr. Director of Investments, Ownership, Project Management and Property Management team members. Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand the company's reach and profitability through strategic partnerships and networking.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Assist in negotiating offers, counter offers, and contracts to facilitate successful deal closures.
- Manage and Oversee Transactions: Supervise the entire real estate transaction process from initial client contact to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants, addressing their needs and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date with local and national real estate market trends and provide insights to the team and clients.
- Oversight: Partner with our internal teams and companies to identify new space from survey through lease negotiations and build out.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all real estate activities comply with state and federal regulations, including licensing requirements and legal standards.
Qualifications
- Experience with CoStar, Crexi, and Outlook Suite, HubSpot or similar
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially via phone
- Valid Illinois real estate broker's license.
- Proven track record of closing real estate transactions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
