  • Responsible for making and receiving calls from pre-qualified sellers to discover and assess potential property acquisitions. Engage in meaningful conversations to evaluate property suitability.
  • Build trust and establish strong relationships with sellers by effectively addressing objections.
  • Work with pre-qualified leads, gathering detailed property information as much as possible and make sure all details are correct.
  • Learn and apply fundamentals of investment property evaluation and pricing.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements that align with company investment criteria.
  • Follow a proven sales process to ensure efficient and successful deal closures.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and drive overall success.
  • Qualifications:

    We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions or a similar sales-driven role.
  • Strong research, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets and investment strategies.
  • Experience working in both residential and commercial real estate.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment, while contributing to others' growth.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • SALES EXPERIENCE is a MUST! You should be goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to achieving results.
  • Compensation:

    $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
