Our client is a trusted law firm serving individuals, families, and businesses across Union County, the Charlotte Metro area, and Upstate South Carolina. With attorneys licensed in both North and South Carolina, they bring decades of experience in a variety of practice areas including real estate closings, and estate planning/administration among others.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Residential Real Estate Closing Attorney to join our team. This position is onsite at our Indian Trail, NC office. The ideal candidate is dual-licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina or, at a minimum, licensed in South Carolina with plans to sit for the North Carolina Bar. You will handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including title review, contract preparation, and conducting closings for buyers, sellers, builders, and real estate professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.

Conduct thorough title examinations and resolve any title issues.

Prepare and review closing documents.

Facilitate closings with buyers, sellers, builders, agents, and loan officers.

Communicate effectively with all parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Handle new construction builder closings as needed.

Qualifications:

*Licensed to practice law in South Carolina (dual-licensure in North Carolina is a plus).

*Strong experience in real estate law, including title review and closings.

Proven ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation:

Base salary starting at $75,000+ (commensurate with experience).

Annual discretionary bonus based on company performance and individual merit (5%-20%)
