Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the legal process of transferring property from one owner to another, including preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, researching title documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities: • Facilitating real estate transactions, including conducting title searches, preparing legal documents, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and other parties involved in the process. • Liaising with banks, mortgage brokers, and other financial institutions to process mortgage documents and ensure timely completion of transactions. • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, clarifying legal procedures, and guiding clients through the conveyancing process. • Collaborating with real estate agents, lawyers, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient property transfers. • Front-end reception. • Uploading brokerages agent's listings. Qualifications: • Relevant education or certification in real estate, conveyancing, or a related field is preferred. • Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and conveyancing procedures. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, agents, lenders, and legal professionals. • Proficiency in using conveyancing software, document management systems, and other relevant tools. Compensation: $40,000 - $50,000 yearly
