Role Overview
The Real Estate & Facilities Specialist has various skills that can be utilized in multiple environments within the Real Estate and Facilities department, including but not limited to technology support, project management support, and hands on interaction with Facilities and Real Estate initiative.
Essential Skills Required:
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word, Excel, Projects, Power Point.
+ Ability to run and connect technology such as:
o Network cables, Computers & Monitors
o Install and Set Up Conference Room Audio and Visual Technology
+ Ability to understand basic mechanical and electrical.
+ Highly Organized
+ Able to prioritize what needs to be done.
+ Self-Motivated
+ Ability to project solve.
+ Comfortable with tasks changing regularly.
+ Comfortable helping others solve problems.
+ Work on assigned projects in various areas of the park, supporting various customers.
Responsibilities:
+ Ability to lift or move up to 70lbs.
+ Be able to work in various and changing conditions.
+ Spend large amounts of time on feet.
+ Individual needs to be comfortable working from a ladder.
