Title: Director of Operations

Location: Westport, CT (5 days on-site)

Potential Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 + Bonus

Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily business operations and ensuring seamless workflow across departments
• Managing and optimizing operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitoring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
• identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive operational success

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Work experience in financial services, lending, real estate industry
• Experience in developing budgets and business plans
• Superior negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes
• Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
