Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in diverse litigation, including commercial real estate, construction defect claims, and distressed loans. Strong problem-solving, writing, and communication skills are essential. Experience with construction delay and payment claims, as well as debt and security instruments, is required. The role involves client interaction and courtroom experience. NY Bar admission is required, and NJ Bar admission is a plus. The position offers a competitive salary between $245,000 and $365,000, with a discretionary bonus based on performance.
