Assessment must be completed for consideration *No International Candidates*Responsibilities •Aggressively work with inbound leads seeking our solutions, along with some set appointments •Close inbound lead opportunities to stack your commissions quickly •Showcase your exceptional communication skills and articulate the benefits and value of our real estate acquisition solutions to potential sellers •Build and maintain strong rapport with sellers, ensuring their trust and satisfaction to facilitate a signed contract •Crush your sales targets and close deals like a professional, exceeding performance goals and setting new records •Join forces with our amazing team internally and develop innovative and leading sales strategies that drive growth and success •Stay ahead of the game and stay up-to-date on industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape •Monitor the sales process with each customer, stay organized, and document follow-up tasks in the CRM for proven success •Analyze real estate opportunities by researching property value comparables, data, and market trends •Prepare deal-winning letters of intent (LOI), contracts, and agreements that convey confidence to win deals Qualifications •Requires an enthusiastic passion for solving problems and being able to accept No •Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills.
