Your job will be to find and acquire properties that meet our investment criteria while working closely with a team of like-minded professionals. Your core responsibilities will include:•Property Acquisition: Utilize market data, comps, site visits, and outreach efforts to identify and assess potential properties for investment.•Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, sellers, and investors to create win-win solutions.•Sales & Negotiation: Overcome objections, build rapport, and close deals by guiding sellers through the sales process from start to finish.•CRM Management: Use our CRM system daily to track communications, sales activities, and ensure a smooth, efficient process.•Documentation & Due Diligence: Prepare contracts, letters of intent, and other necessary paperwork to ensure transactions are seamless and efficient.•Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our acquisitions, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions through the entire process.QualificationsWho We're Looking For:We want someone who is a natural self-starter - a real go-getter who thrives on results and has the motivation to keep pushing forward, even when the going gets tough. You should be driven by success, enjoy the challenge of closing deals, and possess a strong ability to follow a proven process. You'll also need to be a team player who can collaborate effectively with others.Key qualifications include:•Proven Sales Success: You have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a similar field.•Passion for Real Estate: You're passionate about real estate investing and eager to make a name for yourself in this industry.•Goal-Oriented: You are driven by goals and have a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.•Excellent Communication: You have top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette.•Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, and other software tools to manage leads and track sales activities.•Education: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
