Our client, a specialty Commercial Real Estate law firm is looking to hire an attorney with 4-8 years of leasing experience to grow their growing NYC office. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting and reviewing lease agreements for commercial and mixed use properties. Ability to execute leasing terms such as lease start date, rent, renewal details, and additional liabilities.
*Billable requirement is just 1650 hours, hybrid schedule, compensation package along with bonuses is highly competitive*
Requirements:
Proven Real Estate law track record of advising prominent clients on leasing matters
Qualified to practice law in New York
4+ years of Real Estate law experience - transactional law background required
