THE OPPORTUNITY: Come work with the Sohail Group, a small but mighty top 1%-producing real estate team in the Chicagoland area that includes Chicago and 30 min into the surrounding North, NW, and W suburbs. We are one of the top teams in the state! We have helped over 300+ clients buy or sell homes in the past three years with a small group of agents. HUGE numbers, and with that comes HUGE potential for those who are on our team! We offer a balanced base of clients consisting of traditional listings and extreme buyer opportunities. THE REQUIREMENTS: You are a coachable, committed, hard-working, full-time agent who is sick and tired of low production and weak performance. You want something MORE! You are serious about a career, not collecting a commission check. You have the commitment and self-discipline to take your career and life to the top.

THE SUPPORT: You will receive the support of our dedicated assistant. We also have one of the most robust CRM and outbound prospecting systems in the industry. Unlike most real estate agents, who work all by themselves, we believe in a true team model with specialists who each have a specific role to play in the process of selling a home. Our Administrative staff handles the details, which will free you to focus on the leads that we will supply as well as the appointments we help you set. We pay for the advertising, the support staff, client events, and the latest technology. YOU SHOW UP AND SELL AND HELP PEOPLE with the American Dream of Home Ownership!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: A resume needs to be submitted in order to be considered for the position. Complete the DISC assessments and screening questions when you apply. Be prepared to provide professional references.

YOUR PROMISE TO US: The Onboarding Process will require a full-time commitment. You will attend weekly time-blocked sessions to learn our systems and understand our tools. You will learn new skills and techniques. You will be provided a 30-60-90 day action plan and implement these actions. As your coach, we will hold you accountable. REQUIREMENTS: An active State Real Estate License or pursuing to obtain within 30 days. Completed DISC assessment. Professional References.

This is a fully commissioned role with the predicted earnings of $129,500.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in career training & is coachable
  • Attend team functions, events, and meetings
  • Build relationships & be of service to real estate
  • Nurture & convert leads
  • Provide value to the buying/selling public/superb customer service
  • Get Listing agreements signed & get properties sold
  • Pre-Qualify Buyers
  • Take Buyers out & get Under Contract
  • Host Open Houses
  • Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
  • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
  • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base
  • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings

Qualifications

  • Full-time realtor
  • Licensed or pursuing within 30 days
  • Follow process & systems
  • Technical skills: basics of the MLS, Google email/calendar, video conference via Zoom or Google & a customer relationship system (CRM)
  • Resume/DISC Assessment/Professional References
  • Team player who believes their team's success is their success
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Compensation

$129,500 at plan earnings
