Responsibilities: • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Qualifications: • Possesses a real estate license • 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Compensation: $75,000 - $160,000
