Description Our client is a highly regarded law firm seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney.This Attorney will work primarily in the firm's prominent Real Estate Litigation practice, covering such areas as eminent domain and property tax appeals. This position is responsible for managing and advancing complex cases and providing effective and competent representation for clients.Key Responsibilities:Preparation and trial of eminent domain cases, including valuation of real estateEffective handling of property tax appeal casesCollaborating with clients and team members to strategize and prepare for litigationConducting legal research and analysisDrafting briefs, motions, and other legal documentsRepresenting clients in court proceedings, settlement conferences, mediations, and negotiationsRequirements:Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law schoolMinimum of five years of experience as an attorney focused in real estate litigationSpecific experience in eminent domain and real estate taxationStrong litigation skills, including experience representing clients in courtExcellent oral and written communication skillsCapacity to work cooperatively in a team environmentAdmittance to the state bar and in good standing Requirements Case Management Software, Document Management, Briefing, Civil Litigation, Complaint HandlingRobert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
