We are looking for an office administrator who is smart, self-managing, and has previous Real Estate Experience. Someone who is looking for a career in Real Estate Management with a Team Mindset, is coachable, people-oriented, and social media savvy.
Responsibilities
- Open 9:00 AM and Close 5:00 PM
- Manage administrative tasks including reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, answering phones, facilitating communication between customers and team members, taking minutes, etc.
- Assist sales agents, clients, and other parties with all listing and transaction management.
- Oversee all aspects of the agents' business administration duties so agents can focus on listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and lead generation.
- Be in charge of the recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all future administrative hires.
- Build and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration.
- Provide world-class customer service to our client base and vendors to achieve improved brand recognition.
- Grow our brand through social media, website management, marketing material creation and distribution, and events.
- Make and dispense status reports as requested to keep the team informed with progress reports and provide insight on any challenges or issues.
- Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business-related supplies and materials.
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong time management, customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Compensation
$52,000 Base Pay per Year + Great Bonus
