Ideal for those looking to enhance their skills and gain practical knowledge over the summer months.Pay: $17.50/hourType: Full Time Internship Minimum Experience: Pursuing a college degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Data Analytics, Real Estate, or a related fieldRole & ResponsibilitiesAs the Real Estate Operations Intern your responsibilities will include:
  • Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing in property-related data to identify trends and insights.
  • Contribute to the development of analytical models to evaluate property performance compared to budget and historical figures.
  • Contribute to the preparation of performance reports for property owners and stakeholders.
  • Support financial modeling activities related to actual to budget valuations and key performance indicators.
  • Assist in preparing reports on property financial performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for improvement of our portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the team to assess the impact of market dynamics on property management strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-function teams, including property managers, leasing teams, and finance professionals.
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives aimed at improving overall property performance.
