We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with experience in New York multi-family housing to oversee rent collections, manage delinquent accounts, and provide legal assistance in handling disputes and evictions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collections, real estate law, property management, and the ability to handle sensitive tenant communications in a professional and empathetic manner. This role will also involve working closely with property managers, tenants, legal counsel, and third-party agencies to minimize financial losses and ensure timely collections.
