About the Company:
Private equity commercial real estate company open for 20+ years. Firm buys downtown resilient real estate and focuses on multifamily, medical losses self-storage, buys in targeted market across the country, and invest in real estate. The legal team is the GC and one self-trained paralegal and transactional coordinator, Handle oversite of transactions, and coordinate with outside counsel and work with 4-5 outside law firms, in house they do closing documents and making sure that business teams have done what is necessary monitor checklist, calendar deadlines, coordinate with outside counsel and due diligence.
About the Role:
Duties: Looking for paralegal that has real estate paralegal experience, title survey needed especially in commercial real estate, purchase sale agreements, closing transactions. Not a law firm lifestyle, much more relaxed. Many employees have family or starting very collegiate atmosphere. No required billable hours. More relaxed work style.
