The Real Estate Paralegal will play an essential role in the communication and coordination of timely events involved with the land acquisition and development process at WBW Development.

  • Review commercial real estate contracts, agreements, and leases
  • Conduct title and survey reviews
  • Coordinate with title companies, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction closings
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Maintain accurate legal files and databases
  • Attend meetings and communicate with clients and governmental agencies as necessary
  • Provide general support to attorneys and other team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Degree in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved program
  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience as a real estate paralegal, preferably in a related field of work
  • Proficient computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Windows Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills, proofreading skills; strong telephone skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service skills
  • Self-directed; takes initiative, proactively addresses problems, can work with minimal oversight, high attention to detail
  • Customer Relationship and Project Management experience software a plus
  • Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
  • Team player

Schedule:
