Experience:

The desired candidate should have;

• over eight years of real estate law experience with a focus on commercial transactions, leasing or development.
• A proven record in client relationship management and business development.
• Admission to the New York State Bar and a JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with an ability to inspire and guide junior attorneys.
