Experience:

• Over eight years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions and development.

• A proven ability to attract and retain clients, with a portable book of business.
• A J.D. degree from an accredited law school and admission to the North Carolina State Bar (or eligibility for admission).
• A commitment to collaboration and mentorship.

About the position:

This role will involve managing a robust practice handling a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and financing. You will also advise clients on complex commercial real estate matters, including zoning, land use, and regulatory compliance.
