Our client firm, a generationally forward thinking firm, is seeking a Partner for their already robust Real Estate practice. Led by an empowering and entrepreneurial partner, the group and firm will be most interested in candidates with 5-to-10 years of experience in a busy peer firm representing developers, private equity, REIT's , family offices and other investors in New York commercial real estate matters. Candidates with growth potential and business development abilities to growth their own practice will be favored.
The ideal candidate must possess substantial experience in all types of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, joint ventures and borrower-side financing. The ideal candidate must be a strong writer with demonstrated project management and time management abilities to provide timely and detailed work product to partners and clients of the firm.
Ideal candidate requirements include a $500 ++ portable “book” of client work annually over the last 3 years and a pipeline of contacts for business development over the next 3 years. Compensation includes a salary of 300K to $450K plus a bonus and a percentage of originations for those who bring work to the firm. There is also a robust benefits package offered.
