MUST HAVES:

1- You must have photography and videography experience.

2- You must be very tech savy.

3- You must have a Part 107 Drone License

4- You must have a reliable car no older than 10 years.

5- You must have your own Camera and Drone (Canon 90D or better and DJI Air 2s or better )

These are individual contract jobs. Most jobs in the beginning will be only photography, which pays $45 per job. The goal is to find someone is a great fit for a full time position (40k salary). Then that person will get fully trained.

You will be required to get a $40 per month insurance policy as a contractor for entering the homes in case of an accident.

Again, the goal is to find some one who will ultimately turn into a salaried $40k full time position. Otherwise it will remain contract, if needed.

Full-time Job Description:

• Photography
• Drone aerial operation (photography & videography)
• Videography
• Editing photography (training for this after photography is learned)
• Possibly virtual tours and floor plans (training for this after photography is learned)
• Driving to appointments up to around 1 hr away (travel pay for locations over 30 miles away from your home)
• Uploading files to Google Drive
• Using Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop
• Full time position will have more responsibilities

Attire: jeans/pants, conservative

• Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

• Drone License Part 107 (Required)
