Responsibilities:
  • An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.
  • Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently.
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business.
  • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
  • Qualifications:
  • Decisive and proactive in the sales process.
  • Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.
  • Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Compensation:

    $130,000 at plan earnings
