Responsibilities:
An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients.Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently.Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion.Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business.Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.Qualifications:
Decisive and proactive in the sales process.Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills.Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude.Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.Compensation:
