Responsibilities •Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow rental and sales opportunities •Prospect for new leads to promote new business •Have local knowledge of the communities and neighborhoods we work • Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers •Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal •Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline •Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience •Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes •Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth •Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Qualifications •Self-motivation and drive •A successful and proven sales history is preferred •Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills •Show good organizational and time management skills •Tech savvy
