Title::Network Real Estate Specialist / Developer - III Location: Irving, TX Duration: 12 + Months Working Model: Hybrid Responsibilities:
- Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years
- Will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition
- Tracking vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies
- Tracking all SNAP A&E Drawings to ensure they have the correct SOW.
- Will be required to work in multiple systems
- Manage project budgets
- Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project team
- Ensure that all parties know the project status and see each project is released to construction on time.
- Conduct deployment calls
- Provide clear communication to the building owner about the changes needed to get the SNAP project approved
MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
- FUZE Real Estate and package routing
- 2 or more years Telecommunication Real Estate Project management
- 5 or more years Telecommunication Leasing agreements
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Distributed Antenna System Real Estate Environmental and NPEA knowledge
- Distributed Antenna System pricing negotiation
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor from an Accredited University or 5 or more years in Telecommunication Real Estate
