Responsibilities

What you'll be challenged to do:

Gannett Fleming TranSystems is hiring for a Right of Way Specialist 1 for our Cleveland, Ohio office is searching for a full time candidate to provide support to the Right of Way Acquisition Team.

* Type, compile and copy professional documents, reports, and correspondence and file documents and plans. Proofread each document for accuracy.

* Participate in meetings and prepare meeting minutes

* Travel to and record documents at County Recorder's office.

* Maintain neat and orderly work area that will allow access to project information to other team members.

Qualifications

What you bring to our firm:

* Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and MS Excel) and other electronic software as needed.

* Ability to interact professionally and effectively with staff and clients and work effectively in a multi-office environment.

* Flexibility to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work, and work under tight deadlines.

* Must be willing to travel locally and regionally and be open to a flexible work schedule.

What we'd prefer for you to bring to our firm:

* Previous knowledge and/or experience with real estate principles. 1 to 3 years of equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

* Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited university preferred; but not required.

* Possess strong written and oral communication skills.
