About The Role

FTI Consulting is seeking Consultants for a unique opportunity to participate in a rotational program designed to develop your skillsets in our Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment.

Our Diverse Professionals Rotational Program provides diverse, experienced professionals with the opportunity to rotate through different practices across FTI Consulting to learn more about our segments and/or practices. The program enables you to pivot into consulting to develop technical skills, while learning our business and identifying a preferred career path.

The program consists of 3 six-month assignments, in one of our North American office locations.

Throughout the development program, you are encouraged to explore your assignment preferences and try new things through your rotations. Your preferences are considered when assignments are finalized, along with our business' needs. You will develop skills through classroom training, on-the-job learning, and by receiving structured feedback and support from local mentors and a dedicated Program Manager. You will enter the program together with a cohort, providing a community to connect with starting on your first day.

You will have the opportunity to accelerate your professional growth and diversity of work experience by engaging with the different segments and/or practice areas throughout the 18-month rotational program.

What You'll Do

The 18-month rotational program will be broken down into three 6-month increments, where you will be assigned to various practices across the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. You will have access to senior leadership, one-on-one mentoring, and have regular progress meetings with Human Resources.
