Responsibilities
- Engage with potential leads provided by the real estate team to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with both buyers and sellers supported by the team to identify their housing preferences and successfully close deals.
- Implement a consultative approach by offering exceptional service and expert advice to foster client relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Utilize extensive knowledge of the local community to address inquiries regarding available properties and neighborhood information.
- Prepare written purchase proposals for buyers, ensuring a smooth closing process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson is a must-have for this role.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets is a crucial requirement.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work autonomously are essential qualities we are seeking.
- Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation skills, and effective communication is highly necessary.
- The ideal candidate should exhibit a pleasant demeanor, trustworthiness, and be familiar with MS Office/Google applications.
- Holding a valid real estate agent's or broker's license is a mandatory qualification.
Compensation
$90,000 - $185,000 yearly
