Job Description:

We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. We prefer someone in-house, but remote work is acceptable. An active WA license is REQUIRED. If you do not have one, we will not review your resume.

You'll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Most work would be completed during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain signatures and other documentation from clients to complete real estate transactions
  • Prepare and manage documents related to real estate transactions
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with local and state regulations
  • Coordinate with other parties involved in real estate transactions, such as lenders, appraisers, surveyors, and title companies
  • Monitor all dates, deadlines, and requirements for real estate transactions
  • Assess our current systems and processes and make suggestions on how improvements can be made
  • Be a point of contact with Cooperating Agents, Lenders, Title Company Reps, and other parties to keep the transaction flowing smoothly from contract execution to closing
  • Manage 50-80 transactions per month
  • Keep the company transaction deadline calendar up-to-date
  • Keep company transaction document records up-to-date
  • Provide transaction documents to the necessary parties
  • Assist in ordering and scheduling inspections and appraisals
  • Follow-up on completion of repairs and work orders
  • Follow company transaction processing checklists
  • Any other tasks assigned by the team leader
  • Qualifications:
  • A valid WA real estate license
  • At least one year of real estate administrative experience
  • Proficiency with real estate transaction processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to cross-train and learn other job duties to assist other team members if needed
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail, including tech savviness
  • Keeps organized and detailed records for compliance purposes
  • A pleasant phone voice
  • Good spelling and grammar
  • Methodical and diligent at completing required tasks
  • Confidence in using a computer to complete tasks in web-based programs
  • Compensation:

    $18 - $25 hourly
