We are searching for a transaction coordinator to assist our real estate team. We prefer someone in-house, but remote work is acceptable. An active WA license is REQUIRED. If you do not have one, we will not review your resume.

You'll manage all administrative aspects of the transaction from contract to close, including providing assistance with escrow-related documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, and acquiring seller approval for offers and counteroffers. Most work would be completed during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time.

Responsibilities:
Obtain signatures and other documentation from clients to complete real estate transactionsPrepare and manage documents related to real estate transactionsEnsure all paperwork is accurate and compliant with local and state regulationsCoordinate with other parties involved in real estate transactions, such as lenders, appraisers, surveyors, and title companiesMonitor all dates, deadlines, and requirements for real estate transactionsAssess our current systems and processes and make suggestions on how improvements can be madeBe a point of contact with Cooperating Agents, Lenders, Title Company Reps, and other parties to keep the transaction flowing smoothly from contract execution to closingManage 50-80 transactions per monthKeep the company transaction deadline calendar up-to-dateKeep company transaction document records up-to-dateProvide transaction documents to the necessary partiesAssist in ordering and scheduling inspections and appraisalsFollow-up on completion of repairs and work ordersFollow company transaction processing checklistsAny other tasks assigned by the team leaderQualifications:
A valid WA real estate licenseAt least one year of real estate administrative experienceProficiency with real estate transaction processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to cross-train and learn other job duties to assist other team members if neededExcellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail, including tech savvinessKeeps organized and detailed records for compliance purposesA pleasant phone voiceGood spelling and grammarMethodical and diligent at completing required tasksConfidence in using a computer to complete tasks in web-based programsCompensation:
