We are working with one of the leading and largest real estate firms in the country, with a focus on California real estate law.

About the firm:

• Chambers-ranked real estate practice; Vault Top 150 under 150 firms
• AmLaw 200 firm with over 130 attorneys firmwide; SF office is home to over 30 attorneys
• Strong retention – nearly two-thirds of attorneys stay with the firm for at least five years
• 1950 billable hour requirement and competitive pay ($210k - $220k)
• 3 days a week in-office, firmwide policy

About you:

• 2-3 years of transactional real estate experience
• Experience with acquisitions and dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and/or development
