Summary About the Position: Serves as a Senior Realty Specialist team leader and subject matter expert in real estate planning, acquisition, management, and disposal, including the administration of P.L. 91-646 relocation assistance benefits (residential, commercial, tenant and temporary), utility/facility relocations, and real estate acquisitions. Responsibilities Demonstrates mastery level in a wide spectrum of federal real estate practices pertaining to outgrant management, cost shared project protocols, acquisition, disposal, and Uniform Relocation Act (URA) relocations. Negotiate/influence complex land outgrant compliance, acquisition and leasing actions in support of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Apply project management principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, evaluating, and managing project resources and schedules both internal and external to U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Performing real estate actions that apply technical expertise of real estate principles, policies or methodologies; 2) Overseeing a variety of real estate functions such as planning, acquisition, relocations, mapping, appraisals, leases, easements, licenses or permits; 3) Managing project workloads to include schedule and budget oversight; and 4)Providing guidance on real estate issues, policies and changes that impact real estate projects.
