If you have experience in metal fabrication, possess strong technical skills, and prioritize safety, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials onto trailers for transportation.
- Operate production machines, including shears, benders, cranes, and forklifts.
- Use equipment such as cranes, forklifts, spotter trucks, and production machines (training provided upon hiring).
- Read and interpret technical documents to fabricate rebar products according to specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a safety-conscious mindset at all times.
- Demonstrate physical stamina to keep up throughout the shift.
Skills Required:
- Ability to read and understand technical documents.
- Strong communication skills.
- Safety-conscious approach to work.
- Physical stamina to withstand the demands of the job, including lifting up to 50lbs, standing, bending, and walking.
- Must be able to take direction and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
