The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.
Provide support for the business strategy and product delivery for Supply Chain Finance (SCF) in partnership with outside parties, SCF Business Head/Team Members, and functional partners.
Responsibilities:
* Document business requirements for enhancements to our platforms; follow up with business users to solicit feedback and incorporate the voice-of-the-customer
* Author user documentation for both internal and external audiences to drive platform usage and reduce inquiries
* Execute business validation testing to support monthly and ad-hoc software releases
* Assist in roadmap prioritization by managing JIRA backlog, documenting priorities based on joint-planning sessions
* Create communications on software releases for internal and external audiences, as appropriate; ensure necessary approvals
* Train broader team on system features and new enhancements for demonstration purposes; conduct demonstrations, as needed
* Validate/monitor plan on a quarterly basis to provide status on release goals
* Face-off with IT team to address detailed design and function questions
* Troubleshoot production issues, as needed
* Work with broader team (i.e., Implementation and Support) to prepare for new and expanded client integrations by providing bespoke testing, if required
* Define opportunities for end-to-end automation
Qualifications
* A minimum of a four-year college degree or equivalent work experience (e.g., B.A. or B.S.).
* More than 5 years of experience in corporate and/or transaction banking with strong knowledge in Supply Chain Finance, Treasury and/or IT/Operations management.
* Entrepreneurial in approach with a proven track record in assisting in large-scale IT projects.
* Strong influence skills to direct cross-functional partners to deliver end-to-end solutions for targeted segments.
* Excellent oral and written presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating with the SCF team members in Chicago, Danbury, and New York as well as functional partners within the broader MUFG footprint.
* Good organizational skills, simultaneously managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work in dynamic and diverse environments with MUFG teams, clients, and suppliers.
The typical base range for this role is between $130 to $150K per year depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
